Did I mention Valerie Blass @ Parisian Laundry @ NADA Art Fair in Miami this past December?  This was the piece that turned me on the most there.  This is a really bad angle, but it allows you to see the HAIR!  She’s a Canadian sculptor who has an interesting way of looking at objects… I don’t yet fully understand, but I will continue to look at her art.

CuldeSac and Studio Marisol collaborate for a summer seminar, with this year’s theme being hair art…   *LOVES*
I love the idea of experts from different fields collaborating with a completely different medium as the theme.  Still, I want to go to beauty school.
